SafeKeep ("the app") is built and published by DG Enterprise ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles your information. In short: SafeKeep is offline-first and stores your data on your device. We do not run servers that collect your documents.
All of this is stored locally on your device. Document attachments are encrypted at rest on the device using AES-GCM encryption.
Nothing. SafeKeep has no account system and does not require sign-in. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, contacts, or location. Your documents and budget data are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them.
When you scan or upload an image, SafeKeep reads text from it using on-device recognition to help fill in details. The image and the recognized text stay on your device and are not uploaded. Auto-filled information may be inaccurate, so you should review it before saving.
SafeKeep may offer optional backup to storage you own (for example your own Google Drive). This is off by default. If you turn it on, encrypted backup data is uploaded to your own account under your control. We do not receive a copy. You can stop using this feature at any time.
Permissions are used solely for the feature you invoke and not for any background collection.
When you export a CSV or Excel file, or share a document, the file is handed to the system share sheet and goes only where you send it. We are not involved in that transfer.
SafeKeep does not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app collects no personal information, it is suitable for a general audience.
Your data lives on your device. Deleting a document removes it and its encrypted attachment from the device. Uninstalling the app removes its local data.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
